The white thing is calcium. It happens because of separation. In the case of Calcium-rich juices like Carrot, spinach, ginger, etc. there may be some white at the bottom because of the Calcium in these juices. Such separation is natural and as we add no artificial ingredients to stop it or homogenise it, it will occur when kept still for some time. Just shake it before drinking.
Sometimes there is a Black Patch at bottom of the bottle The black patch is phytonutrients, minerals, iron.
Everything natural that is present in the raw materials will be there in the juices...some heavy compounds settle down, that's it. Overall there is nothing wrong with it. Sometimes there is a clear liquid at top of the bottle It is because of separation.
